She has over 30 years’ experience across financial services and more than 20 years coaching advisers, leaders, and teams. Cate is a Business Coach, Career and Life Design Designer, Leadership and High-Performance Coach, and Strategic Adviser, and is a Certified MBTI® Step I & II Practitioner and Certified Team Management Profile (TMP) Practitioner.
