Cate Americano is the Founder, Director and CEO of Inspiration Café Pty Ltd, an Australian-based coaching and advisory practice supporting professionals, business owners, leaders, and financial services organisations to design their futures with clarity, confidence and control. She has over 30 years’ experience across financial services and more than 20 years coaching advisers, leaders, and teams. Cate is a Business Coach, Career and Life Design Designer, Leadership and High-Performance Coach, and Strategic Adviser, and is a Certified MBTI® Step I & II Practitioner and Certified Team Management Profile (TMP) Practitioner.
